Human Condition
The series "Human Condition" explores the human body as a site of constant flux, captured through rituals of shedding and renewal. At the heart of the work lies the tension between the external shell - a "second skin" crafted from synthetic, ephemeral materials - and the vulnerable form beneath. Through the documentation of performative actions, the pieces capture moments of rebirth, where the body casts off past identities and emerges from a material "chrysalis." It is a visual journey between the mechanical and the organic, seeking to touch upon the beauty and labor of transformation, and the endless process of becoming.
